MAKING A BANK TRANSFER
Coming to a bank or using online banking to transfer directly the renewal fee to K+ bank account. Your subscription will be renewed as soon as K+ receives the bank payment slip.
Necessary information for you to do banking transfer to K+ bank account:

If you do bank account transfer at a bank:
You are requested to note clearly your name, address, contact number. You are also requested to note the purpose of bank payment to renew subscription with which package and duration, full number of smart card (Ex: 3227xxxxxxx or 135xxxxxxxxx). Then, you are advised to fax the payment slip to (84-4) 37713666.

If you do bank accound transfer with online banking service:
You are requested to provide with such minimum of information as: name, contact number, purpose of bank payment to renew subscription with which package and duration, full smart card number (Ex: 3227xxxxxxx or135xxxxxxxxx). Then, you are advised to print the bank statement and fax it to (84-4) 37713666 or send an email showing the transaction information to: kplus@vstv.vn and providing with the above information at minimum and address.
